• A digitally uploaded passport-sized coloured photo (4.5cm x 3.5cm) with preferred dimensions of 200 x 230 pixels is required. You must upload a file that is between 20KB and 50KB in size.
• On a white sheet, a black/blue pen was used to scan the signature. Image dimensions should be 140 X 60 pixels, and candidates should ensure that the image is between 10 KB and 20 KB in size.
• A digitally scanned or uploaded image of the left thumb. When imprinting on paper, use a black or blue pen. You must save the file in jpg or jpeg format. Image dimensions should be 240 X 240 pixels with a resolution of 200 DPI. File sizes must range from 20 KB to 50 KB.
• Please submit a handwritten declaration in the format of jpg or jpeg from the applicant. Candidate declarations must be written in English and be between 50 KB and 100 KB in size. Preferably, the document should have a resolution of 200 DPI and dimensions of 800 X 400 pixels.
