National Eligibility Common Entrance Test – UG results were released on 7 September 2022, and aspirants are now required to apply online for medical admission at their preferred colleges via NEET Counselling Schedule 2022. State quotas are divided into 85-15 shares for undergraduate medical seats in India, and respective state counselling authorities organize admission processes for state quota seats.

Counselling for NEET UG at mcc.nic.in 2022
NEET UG 2022 Online Counseling will be organized by state counselling authorities (state quota only), while Medical Counselling Committee will organize NEET Counseling for 15% AIQ (All India Quota) seats. Both counselling options are available to applicants who qualify for the National Eligibility and Entrance Test-UG.
All participating colleges in India participate in NEET 2022 counselling for undergraduate admissions. For aspirants of all categories, the MCC will organize a centralized MCC NEET UG counselling session in 2022. In addition, Jammu and Kashmir is not included in the NEET UG Counselling Process 2022.

Process for locking in choices for NEET UG Counselling 2022
The NEET UG Counselling 2022 dates will be announced by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). It will be published on MCC’s official website, mcc.nic.in, when the complete schedule for NEET UG counselling 2022 is released. After the NEET UG counselling and choice-filling process of 2022 are completed, the seat allotment process will begin.
In advance of MCC NEET Counselling 2022, MCC will announce the seat matrix, i.e. how many seats are available at each institute. Applicants must download their NEET rank card and keep the NEET application form ready in order to participate in NEET UG 2022 online counselling.

- Register yourself on the MCC website by filling out the requested information.
- Fill out the application for NEET UG Counselling 2022 by logging in.
- Submit the form after uploading the documents and paying the NEET UG Counselling registration fee.
- Complete the Choice Locking Process of NEET counselling.
- Once the NEET UG seat allotment result 2022 is announced, you can check the status of your college placement.
