The Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT) has begun the admission process for its Masters’s and Doctoral programmes in Agriculture and Allied Subjects. All registered candidates may download their OUAT PG Admit Card so they can appear in the entrance test for screening suitable candidates for PG admission on 23 October 2022. Registered candidates will receive their admit cards on 11th October 2022. Until the exam date, they can download the same. 

Admit Card for OUAT PG 2022

The hall ticket is an important document that serves as proof of identification at the testing center. In this regard, it becomes compulsory for each examinee to carry a printout of the hall ticket to the exam center. There will be no postal delivery of hard copies of the admit card. Hall tickets must be downloaded from the university website by the deadline. Any candidate without a valid OUAT PG admits card will not be allowed to take the test at the exam center.

Procedure for downloading the OUAT PG admit card?

A printout of the admit card is required for candidates who are scheduled to take the entrance exam. On the university’s admissions page or on its official website, they can download it.

Here is how to download the admit card:

• Visit the OUAT website.
• Go to the top of the page and click the “Admission” tab.
• You can now search among the various admission notifications for the OUAT PG Entrance test 2022 admit card link.
• Once you click the link, you will be taken to the candidate’s login page.
• The application number (generated at the time of filling out the application form) and date of birth must be entered on this page.
• The login tab will appear.
• It will be possible to download the admit card for the PG entrance exam.
• The admit card pdf should be downloaded and kept until the exam date.

The following documents are required at the examination center

The required documents must be brought to the test center on the day of the test. The following documents must be presented as and when needed:

• Candidates are also required to bring any of the following documents as proof of identification:
  Voter identification card
  The Pan Card
  Licence to drive
  A passport is required
  A student identification card is issued by the institution. The candidate’s picture should be on it

Location of the examination

OUAT will conduct an entrance test for admission to OUAT PG courses only in Bhubaneshwar. Thus, the entrance test will be conducted only in the capital city’s test centers. Admit cards issued to candidates will indicate the exam venue. Allotted exam centers are the only places where they must appear for the exam. Candidates who report to any other exam center than the one allotted will not be allowed entry. Consequently, no request for a change of exam center shall be entertained by the university regarding the allotment of the exam center.
