Notification of PPSC Civil Judge Recruitment 2022
Recruitment for PPSC Civil Judge (Junior Division) and Judicial Magistrate will commence with the application process. The eligible applicants must appear in a preliminary exam after registering. The applicant will proceed to the Main Written Examination if they pass this exam. After passing the Mains Exam, the candidate will be called for a Viva Exam that is similar to an interview.

Qualifications for the PPSC Civil Judge post in 2022
To be eligible to apply for the 159 Civil Judge posts, candidates must meet the minimum criteria set by the exam authorities. Punjab PSC Civil Judge eligibility criteria are as follows:

Nationality Criteria:
- For this PPSC position, Indian, Bhutanese, and Nepalese nationals are eligible to apply.
- Also eligible are Tibetan refugees who settled in India after 01/01/1962.
- Indian migrants from the following countries (Sri Lanka/ Burma/ Pakistan/ United Republic of Tanzania/ Uganda/ Kenya/ Zaire/ Malawi/ Vietnam/ Zambia) who wish to settle in India.
Education Qualification:
To apply for the recruitment, a candidate must possess the following essential qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in law from a university associated with a legal law government authority, such as Punjab University. In addition to Indian institutions, Rangoon/Mandalay University, Sind University of Burma, and the Tribhuwan University of Nepal offer law degrees.
- This position is also open to members of the Faculty of Advocates (Scotland).
- In addition to Irish and English barristers, Civil Judges are also eligible to take the exam.
- Punjabi must be a subject in the 10th grade or equivalent for applicants.

PPSC Civil Judge Application Form 2022
The Punjab Public Service Commission’s official website, https://ppsc.gov.in/, is the only place to fill out the application form for the Civil Judge job. Application forms are only available until 10th October. Candidates who are eligible and interested should apply before the deadline.
What is the procedure for applying online for the PPSC Civil Judge 2022 position?
- Visit the official website of the Punjab Public Service Commission at https://ppsc.gov.in/
- Click on the link for ‘Open Advertisement’ on the right side panel of the homepage
- Find and click on the ‘Apply/View’ button of the Recruitment of 159 Posts of Civil Judge (Junior Division) Cum Judicial Magistrate after being redirected to all open advertisements.
- Detailed information about the recruitment process is now available on your screen. Click on the ‘APPLY ONLINE’ tab under Other Information.
- The application form can now be filled out. The first step is to provide your Basic Details, then click ‘Next’.
- Then, you need to provide your Contact Information, Category Information, Qualification Information, and Other Information.
- Your latest passport-size photograph and a scanned image of your signature will need to be uploaded after you have filled out the registration form. Click ‘Submit’ when you are finished
- Proceed to the payment page. You can only pay the application fee online for this recruitment exam. You will receive a fee receipt once the transaction is successful. For future reference, you can download it.
- Print a copy of your Punjab PSC Online Application form.
